History

Founded in 1999 in France, PREDICT’s technology has undergone continuous improvement since its inception. The past 20 years have been conducive in developing extensive experience in different sectors such as Manufacturing, Mining & Minerals, Navy, Space, Aeronautics, Energy, Machine Tools, Industrial Vehicles, Oil Refinery, Nuclear Fuel Industry, Steel & Metal Industry, Microelectronic, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Water, Paper and Pulp industries. PREDICT’s 24/7 digital solution currently monitors around 250,000 equipment.

We develop and implement smart and innovative digital solutions to decrease failures and downtime by monitoring the equipment and understanding its behaviour over time. We have extensive experience in designing and configuring digital tools for different industries while complying with confidentiality and cybersecurity requirements.

  • 1999

    Created

We created our company in France with an aspiration to develop a unique maintenance solution to answer the existing industrial needs. We started by remotely monitoring Hydroelectric power stations in Spain, Portugal and Norway.

  • 2000

    Condition-based Maintenance

We created a condition-based real-time maintenance solution, Computer-Aided Safety and Industrial Productivity (CASIP®), for the Nuclear Fuel industry, to proactively perform maintenance by observing the drifts in the performance of their assets. We ventured into the defence sector by assisting the French Navy in implementing cost-effective maintenance solutions.
Our e-solution, CASIP®, was the winner of “Création d’Entreprise de Technologie Innovantes”, the French national contest, for the years 1999 and 2000.

  • 2005

    Predictive Maintenance Solution

Enhancing our condition-based maintenance solution, we could determine the condition of the equipment to predict when maintenance should be performed even before the failure occurs. During this time, we started working with the Nuclear Power plant and Manufacturing industries to provide Predictive Maintenance solutions which paved the way for fault-tolerant industrial installations.

  • 2010

    Fleet-Wide Implementation

Extending our learnings and observations from a single asset to a fleet and, improving our capability to handle large amounts of data, we were able to considerably improve the efficiency and productivity of our client’s installations. This led to our association with our clients from the Aeronautics industry.

  • 2014

    Energy Over consumption Anticipation

Our skills and capability in understanding the functionality of the equipment contributed to anticipating the loss of energy due to equipment degradation and reducing the overconsumption of energy. Our experiences with the Naval sector helped us in serving clients from the Maritime industry in improving the availability of their assets.

  • 2018

    Integration into Group SNEF

Group Snef is a French leader and recognized player in the Energy, Industrial Processes, Telecommunications and Information Technologies sectors. Group SNEF carried out a series of acquisitions and integrations to incorporate the best organisations in the respective domains to strengthen its industry 4.0 services. In this regard, PREDICT became a part of Group SNEF to bolster its maintenance services.

  • 2018

    PREDICT Australia Pty. Ltd.

In early 2018, PREDICT branched out, opening an office in Adelaide. PREDICT Australia continues to provide digital solutions to clients of all industries, optimising their installations and improving the performance of the equipment and assisting in transitioning into industry 4.0.

  • 2019

    Future

Our journey has only brought us forward. Data science combined with the engineering completely changes the way we perform maintenance. We have continuously incorporated new mechanics and have ensured that our clients receive state-of-the-art solutions. As we proceed to the future, we envision to exploit new technologies to ameliorate our services and explore new industries.
